The 30-year-old scored 86 goals in five seasons with the Croatian champions
Nottingham Forest have completed the signing of 30-year-old forward Hillal Soudani from side Dinamo Zagreb.
The Algeria international has signed a three-year deal at the City Ground, and has signed for an undisclosed fee.
Soudani moves to the Championship on the back of scoring 86 goals in five seasons with Croatian champions Zagreb.
He also has a brilliant tally of 21 goals in 41 appearances for Algeria.
Carvalho became the Tricky Trees’ club-record signing when he joined from Benfica for £13.2million earlier in June.
Forest are also reportedly in talks to bring a fourth Portuguese player to the City Ground in 22-year-old winger Daniel Podence, who is available on a free transfer after terminating his contract at Sporting Lisbon.
