It was suggested that the Reds were going to battle Tottenham for the £25million-rated Grealish
Liverpool will not be making a summer approach for Jack Grealish contrary to reports suggesting the Reds were going to battle Tottenham for the Aston Villa star’s signature.
Grealish, 21, looks set for an exit from his boyhood team as Villa frantically look to gather the funds in an attempt to solve their own financial problems.
However, the Liverpool ECHO claims Grealish will not be moving to Jurgen Klopp’s side.
It had been reported that the Merseyside club held talks with Villa’s sacked technical director Steve Round about the possibility of a £25million deal, however this has been dismissed by the ECHO.
