The 31-year-old centre-back is said to be tempted by the offer submitted by the London Stadium club
West Ham have made an offer to sign Marcelo Guedes from Lyon, according to reports.
The Hammers have been one of the busiest teams in the transfer market this summer, having already wrapped up deals for Issa Diop, Lukasz Fabianski, Ryan Fredericks, Jack Wilshere and Andriy Yarmolenko. Felipe Anderson, the Lazio attacker, is also expected to be confirmed as West Ham’s sixth signing in the coming days.
And now, according to Le Progres , Manuel Pellegrini wants to bring centre-half Marcelo to the London Stadium.
It is reported that Marcelo received an offer from West Ham on Tuesday night, which is said to have left the 31-year-old considering his future.

A former Brazil youth international, Marcelo has had something of a roving career, having started off with Santos in his homeland before moving on to play club football in Poland, the Netherlands, Germany and Turkey before he was signed by Lyon from Besiktas last summer.
He started all but three matches in 2017/18 as Lyon finished third in Ligue 1 to qualify for the Champions League.
